How to steep
One spoonful (per person) should be infused in freshly boiled water, which has a temperature of about 90°C to 100°C, infusing should last no longer then 3 to 5 minutes.

Ceylon – Sri Lanka Orange Pekoe , Cocoa  – Madagascar

Ingredients
Ceylon black tea, Cocoa shells and nibs.

We are using locally roasted cocoa shells by Luisa’s Vegan Chocolate Nottingham.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten free.
